The pandemic has made webinars and videocasting our preferred method of instruction and, as such, we’ve seen a demand for the creation of customized enterprise-specific learning experiences. In these presentations, the client determines the time lines, preferred subject matter and mix of instructional tools as well as pre- and post-course diagnostics, exercises and readings. Plus, they are more cost-effective when employees are geographically dispersed (not to mention our own travel and accommodation expenses).
